LG Optimus G Pro Smartphone with 5.5 inch display launched

LG launched powerful smartphone LG Optimus G Pro with 5.5 inch full-HD display. The smartphone comes with plenty of features, Smart video, Pause and Resume Recording, Dual recording and Virtual Reality Panorama. The user interface is powered with Optimus 3.0 UI. The smartphone was first showcased in February, 2013.

LG Optimus G Pro is loaded with Optimus 3.0 UI and contains some real smart features.

Dual Recording allows users to record video with both rear and front cameras simultaneously. This is LG’s picture-in-picture technology.

Virtual Reality Panorama allows to take shots both in vertical and horizontal environments for full 360 degree view. All the shots are automatically stitched into one providing a full-HD experience.

Pause & Resume Recording allows user to pause a recording at unwanted place and then resume again. The video is combined seamlessly into one continuous video.

Smart Video allows user to watch a video without missing a single moment. With this feature whenever users looks away from screen, the video is paused and when user looks back to screen, video is played.

Tracking Focus allows user to properly focus and position camera lens on targeted subject. This helps to take clear, sharp and focused images without blurring.

The smartphone is available in black and white colour variations. The smartphone is light having weight of 170 gms and also slim with dimensions 150.2 x 76.1 x 9.4 mm. The smartphone was recently launched in India for Rs. 42,500 ($708 approx). The pricing and the details are provided on the official LG website.

LG should have provided the latest Android 4.2 with this smartphone. Although an update is always expected to comesoon.

As of now LG Optimus G Pro will face the competition from HTC One, Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy Note II, and Sony Xperia Z.
